The Dangers of Unsecured Loads

Truckers and freight forwarders are required by a variety of laws to follow the proper loading procedures. The loads, once loaded, must be properly secured and keep with federal and state weight restrictions. Unfortunately, these restrictions are not enough. There are still accidents that involve unsecured or improperly secured loads. If they occur, they may result in catastrophic injuries and even death.
